Refund and Exchanges Policy

We want you to feel confident when purchasing with us. If something isn’t right, we will work with you to resolve it.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Due to health and hygiene regulations, certain items (e.g., consumables, personal care, medical equipment) cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.

Exchanges

  • Wrong size or product ordered? We’re happy to arrange an exchange (shipping costs may apply).
  • Faulty product received? We’ll cover all costs and send a replacement promptly.

How to Return or Exchange

  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
  3. Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Important Notes

  • Returns that don’t meet the above conditions may not be accepted.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
