Free Shipping Within Australia:

We provide Free Shipping on all orders over $299* that have an Australian delivery location (bulk orders to remote locations may incur a surcharge).

* Some bulky or heavy items above 5kg may incur additional charges

Processing Times

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving payment, Aged Care/NDIS plan approval, or service booking confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Estimates

• Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Adelaide): 2–4 business days.
• Regional areas: 4–7 business days.
• Remote/Outback areas: 7–14 business days (depending on courier availability).
• Tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Fees

• Standard shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
• Express delivery may be available for an additional fee.
• For eligible Aged Care/NDIS-funded orders, shipping may be billed directly to your plan manager.

Authority to Leave

• At checkout, you may select Authority to Leave. This allows the courier to leave your package in a safe location if no one is available.
• Once marked as delivered under Authority to Leave, Live N Care is not liable for loss, theft, or damage.

• Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Delays may occur due to courier schedules, weather events, or stock availability.
• Significant delays will be communicated promptly.
